Service fees are quoted based on the vehicle model, location, and issue type.
Payment can be made via cash, card, or approved digital payment systems.
All payments are processed securely in compliance with UAE financial regulations.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 30 minutes before dispatch. Refunds may be issued for prepaid services that are not rendered, subject to verification.

4. Warranty & Liability

We use only genuine parts and offer limited warranties based on manufacturer terms.
CrownAuto.AE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service delays or mechanical issues outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details during booking.

6. Safety Protocols
